How many diet plans and exercise programs have you tried? Are there really any diets that work? There are a few things to keep in mind while on a diet. Making sure that you’re fit to get into one is one major factor. It’s best to consult a physician before you start with a diet, especially ones that would make rapid changes in your usual meals and daily activities. Your weight loss journey should also start with the question “Am I ready for this?”
We all have our own reasons why we want to go on a diet. We want to lose weight. We want to look good and stay fit. We want to keep ourselves healthy. If you have a recurring ailment or under medication, you have to consult your doctor before starting with any diet plan.
We know a lot of fad diets, but this one I found out about has quite a catchy title! It’s the “All You Can Eat Diet!” where you get to eat all the best stuff.
Day 1: all the fruit you want except banana
Day 2: all the vegetables you want – you can also use condiments like soy sauce, vinegar or mustard!
Day 3: all the fruit and vegetables you want
Day 4: 5 bananas with 5 glasses of milk
Day 5: 4 (3 oz beef, chicken or fish steaks) with fresh vegetables
Day 6: 4 (3 oz beef steaks) with fresh vegetables
Day 7: 4 (3 oz beef steaks) with fresh vegetables
This looks like a really easy diet and you get to eat as much as you want of the preferred food. The diet’s not only easy but quite healthy as well! And again this diet may work for some but not all. Choose your diet plan wisely. Choose one that would fit your lifestyle and one you know you can keep up with. So, are you ready?
