Colors always light our hearts depending on where they apply on the things we own. Every body has a color he or she likes. Color has psychological effect on us. Some artificial food colors like tartrazine based ones are dangerous as they originate from coal tar. Tartrazine may cause zinc deficiency in children and Attention Disorder Deficiency (ADD). Some people claim artificial colors cause depression and anxiety. Understanding the components of food colors is ideal than testing them on your body. Again, avoiding products with artificial colors or eating foods in their natural colors can be a better way of settling fears that surround food safety.
